Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Cultural Understanding is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the country: Al Fahidi Neighborhood in Dubai. Its mission is to create open spaces for conversations about the Emirati culture. Their motto is Open Doors, Open Minds.

Designed to educate and entertain, the collection uses bold illustrations, Emirati proverbs, local slang, and iconic symbols to spark curiosity and conversation. From falconry sayings like “Ones who don’t know the falcon, barbecue it” to references like lugaimat, gahwa, and the traditional kandora, each sticker bridges tradition with contemporary visual storytelling.

The sticker pack is part of the centre’s official merchandise and it is sold in its gift shop and in Jumeirah Mosque Majlis gift area! We’ve had so much fun pulling inspiration from the Emirati culture – whether from traditional or contemporary references and it’s proven to be a success!
